Women's health · hormones, fertility, gut

Told everything's normal — but you know it isn't.

When your tests come back normal but you still don't feel right, it rarely means nothing's wrong. It means no one's looked in the right place. I'm a naturopathic nutritional therapist for women's health, and my work is finding the root cause and supporting your body naturally.

Does this sound like you?

You know your body.
Something's off.

  • Your results came back “normal,” but you don't feel normal.
  • You've been told it's stress, your age, or just how you're built.
  • You've changed your diet, tried supplements, read everything you can. But you're on your own, with no one to join the dots.
  • You want to understand why it's happening, not just be handed another prescription.

You're not imagining it. It just hasn't been looked into properly — yet.

Where it shows up — and why it's missed

The same story, in different places.

Fertility

“Unexplained”

Rarely means there's nothing to find. Usually the standard workup stopped short of what a body needs to conceive and carry: thyroid, nutrient status, blood sugar, inflammation, the cycle itself.

Hormones

Off across the month

Cycles gone off, PMS, perimenopause, low libido. Patterns a single blood draw can't see, but that show up clearly when you look across a whole month.

Gut & digestion

Rarely “just IBS”

Bloating and sluggish digestion aren't something to live with. The gut quietly drives energy, hormones, mood and skin.

Energy & stress

Tired sleep won't fix

Wired then flat, running on empty. A nervous system carrying more than it can, for longer than it should.

Why I do this

I've lived “everything's normal.”

I spent fifteen years trying to have a baby. “Unexplained infertility,” they called it: rounds of IVF, an ectopic pregnancy, test after test coming back normal. What finally changed things wasn't another round on the same terms. It was preparing properly first, with everything I'd learned in my training — the groundwork a standard workup skips. In 2025, I fell pregnant.

We lost our baby girl at twenty-four weeks. It was only afterwards that genetic testing found what no one had thought to look for: a variant that left my body able to use barely a third of the standard folic acid I'd been taking, one that carries a known risk in miscarriage and neural-tube defects. Testing like that isn't part of any standard workup. It doesn't change what happened. But it had been there to find all along.

Two things I will never unlearn: that proper preparation changes what's possible, and that there's almost always one more place to look, including the places no standard test reaches. It's all part of how I work now. That's why I do this.

How working together goes

One step at a time.

First

Your full picture

A thorough questionnaire, and on the deeper programmes a 90-minute consultation talked through before I write a word of the plan.

Then

A plan built for you

Nutrition and lifestyle first, supplements where they genuinely help, and testing arranged where it'll sharpen the picture.

And

Support as you go

Questions answered as you put it into practice; on the ongoing programme, I stay in it with you across months.

What working together is like

Direction and momentum.
Not another year guessing alone.

You're not here to be reassured. You're here to get somewhere. I won't promise you'll arrive; no honest practitioner can. But everything we do is built around your goal, whether that's conceiving, steadier cycles, or simply feeling like yourself: understanding what's actually going on, a clear plan to work on it, the right testing where it helps, and someone with real expertise in it with you.
